Here you have a Wonderful and Vintage bit of MEMORABILIA! PLEASE...SEE THE SCANS! This is an original 1917 or 1918 Red Cross - Soldiers' Mail Card sent by a soldier of the American Expeditionary Force upon his arrival in Europe to his family at Evansville, Indiana. The soldier was a Sergeant Cox of Company K of the 335th Infantry Brigade. The card reads "THE SHIP ON WHICH I SAILED AS ARRIVED SAFELY OVERSEAS." This gem measures 5 1/2 inches X 3 1/4 inches. This has typical vintage edge and corner wear, some discoloration; not mint but fairly gently treated and a tough find… A great piece FOR THE COLLECTOR! Take it home with you!
